Therefore, the width of the first knife can be any width, the number is set to 1, the Angle is set to 0 degrees or positive Angle, according to the shape of the knife edge of the round knife is a single bevel or a double bevel to determine the feed Angle, and the feed speed is set on another page. Next, click the serial number 2 column, set the product slitting width, and then set the product slitting quantity, slitting quantity calculation method: Total width of the material to be cut ÷ slitting width = slitting number (take an integer). Please note that if the last cut wants to reverse trim, then the slitting number of column 2 should be reduced by one cut. Then click on column 3 of serial number and set the number to 1. After the feed speed is set, the operation of correcting the feed stroke is carried out on the

knife: First of all, we loosen the small screws on both sides of the cutter head, and then
unscrew the large nut on the outside of the cutter head, remove the cutter head, check
whether the cutter head plane is cracked or deformed, whether the small screw head is
normally lower than the cutter head plane, and then install the cutter head and round knife
after the check is correct, and lock the big nut. Then install the dial indicator to detect the
beating value of the round knife operation, adjust the pressure of the small screws on the
round knife according to the beating situation, and the normal standard is that the beating

After the installation of the round knife, adjust the center point of the swing Angle of the
round knife. Take out the special calibration tool in the random tool, and install it on the
rotary pin of the swing Angle plate. Visually check whether the distance between the
vertical point of the round knife edge and the center line of the calibration tool iscoincident.
After the circular knife is installed and the center point of the swing Angle is corrected, the
feed stroke is corrected: First click on the calibration tool, wait for the round cutter seat to
automatically return to zero, long press the cross switch of manual feed tool is not loose,
visually observe the round knife edge slowly close to the cutting spindle, wait for the knife
edge to cut into the hose about 0.1-0.2mm, immediately release the manual feed switch,
such as the cutting depth is not ideal, you can also press the upper micro advance or micro
retreat for fine tuning, After the completion of the adjustment of the mechanical limit
screw under the water drag plate, the screw completely against the limit block and then
turn half a circle, and then lock the screw and cap, press the cross switch to confirm the
feed, the round knife automatically return to the circle point, the adjustment of the feed
stroke of the round knife is completed, short press the manual feed, the round knife seat
automatically enters the starting position to be cut. There are two control methods for the
starting position of the round tool holder to be cut, one is photoelectric induction
positioning, and the other is CNC intelligent positioning. Different models have different
control methods, please choose freely according to your operating preferences.
Next, press the motor to start the cross switch, adjust the rotary knife speed and the
spindle speed according to the material scuttling requirements, and then load the material,
manually move the cutter horizontally to the first cutter scuttling position, press the
automatic start to enter the automatic scuttling process, after the complete supporting
material, the cutting table automatically returns to the first cutter position, so reciprocating
to complete the entire scuttling operation.
